Common questions

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After 14 days, you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue.

On the Free and Starter plans, reservations will be paused once you hit your monthly cover limit. You'll receive an email notification 3 days before you're about to reach the limit, giving you time to upgrade.

The Essential and Pro plans support unlimited restaurant locations under a single account. Each location gets its own dashboard, floor plan, and analytics.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as bank transfers for annual plans. Invoicing is available for Pro and Enterprise customers.

On the Essential plan, SMS and WhatsApp credits are pooled across all your restaurant locations. On the Pro plan, each location has its own dedicated credit allocation.
