When you make a reservation through Dynabite, you enter into an arrangement directly with the restaurant. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the dining agreement. Cancellation policies are set by individual restaurants and should be reviewed before confirming a reservation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dynabite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynabite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
