Team Access
The roles + permissions surface. Add team members, assign a role (Owner / Manager / Server / Cook / Driver / Host / Custom), and scope them to specific branches. Per-branch RBAC means a server in Marina can't see JBR's tabs.

How to use it

Add a team member
+ Invite. Enter their email, pick a role, pick which branches they can access. They get an invite email; on accept, they pick a password and they're in. - 2
Customize a role
Need finer control than the defaults? + Custom role opens a permission matrix — toggle access per page (Reservations, Menu, Orders, etc.) and per action (view, create, edit, delete). - 3
Branch scoping
Multi-branch setup: each user has a branch list. Empty list = all branches (owner/manager pattern). Non-empty = only those branches show up in their sidebar and their data. - 4
Audit log
The Audit tab shows who did what — created an order, deleted a booking, changed a price. Filter by user / action / time range. Useful for accountability and post-incident review.
Gotchas & tips
Don't give every manager Owner access “just in case.” Owner can change billing, transfer ownership, and delete the account — keep it locked to one or two people.
Removing a user revokes their session within 60 seconds. Their personal data on the platform (e.g. clocked hours) stays for compliance.
