How to use it

Pick a path or build your own
Pre-built paths cover server onboarding, allergen handling, hygiene basics, and platform features (POS, QR Pay, KDS). Or build a custom path: video, PDF, quiz, sign-off. - 2
Assign to staff
Bulk-assign by role (all servers do allergen handling) or individual. Deadlines push deadline reminders into My Schedule and email until completed. - 3
Quizzes & certifications
Each module ends in a short quiz (5–10 questions). Pass to certify. Certifications show on the staff profile + on the audit export — useful for HACCP inspections. - 4
Track completion + scores
The completion dashboard shows path completion % per role and per location. Drill into individual scores to spot training gaps before service issues.
Gotchas & tips
Required certifications can block scheduling — a server without allergen-handling cert can't be assigned to a shift. Configure under Settings → Workforce → Required certs.
Custom path video uploads cap at 250 MB / video. For longer training, link out to YouTube / Vimeo and embed.
