How to use it

Post a role
+ New role. Title, type (FT/PT/casual), shift pattern, base pay, location. Pre-built templates for common roles (server, line cook, host) save 80% of the typing. - 2
Screen applicants
Each application shows the candidate's answers, CV (if uploaded), and any prior platform experience. Move them through stages — New → Reviewing → Interviewing → Offer → Hired — with notes per stage. - 3
Schedule the interview
From the applicant card, send a self-scheduling link (the candidate picks a slot from your team's availability). Calendar invites push automatically. - 4
Onboard into Team Access
When a candidate accepts an offer, one tap converts the application into a Team Access user with the right role + branch. They get a sign-in email and can clock in on day one.
Gotchas & tips
Posting to external boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) is a paid add-on per post. The Dynabite job board itself is free and pulls from the marketplace audience.
Applicants you decline get a polite auto-email; brand it under Settings → Hiring → Templates so it doesn't feel cold.
