Analytics is the operator's morning-coffee dashboard. Covers, revenue, source mix, day-of-week heatmaps, top dishes, top guests — all the metrics you'd normally export to a spreadsheet, charted live with day / week / month / custom-range.

How to use it

Pick a date range
The range picker top-right defaults to last 7 days. Switch to last 30 / 90, or pick a custom range to compare against. Every chart on the page rerenders for the chosen window. - 2
Read the headline tiles
Covers, revenue, average ticket, no-show rate. Each tile shows the current value vs. the prior period — green is up, red is down. Tap a tile to drill into a per-day chart. - 3
Break down by source
The revenue mix chart splits dine-in vs. QR Pay & Order vs. delivery vs. catering. If QR is climbing while dine-in flatlines, that's a habit shift worth knowing. - 4
Export for the board pack
Top-right Export drops a clean CSV or PDF for whatever range is selected. Recurring exports (weekly Monday email) live under Settings → Notifications → Reports.
Gotchas & tips
Numbers settle on a 60-min lag — orders mid-flight aren't in the totals yet. The Live tab on the page shows what's in flight if you need real-time.
