AI Insights is the “tell me what changed this week” page. Plain-English summaries of week-over-week movements, anomalies (no-show spike, item popularity shift), and concrete suggestions you can apply with one click.

How to use it

Read the digest first
The top card is the digest — 3–5 sentences summarizing covers, revenue, and one notable change. Open it on Monday morning before you open Analytics. - 2
Drill into anomalies
Below the digest, anomaly cards call out things outside the normal band — no-show rate up, an ingredient's usage suddenly down, a guest segment spending less. Each card links to the specific data view. - 3
Apply suggestions
Suggestion cards offer concrete actions: “Bump truffle oil par level to 800ml”, “Send an offer to at-risk segment”. Tap apply and it does it for you (or opens the form pre-filled if it needs a human touch). - 4
Tune the AI's focus
Settings → AI Insights lets you weight what the AI cares about — revenue vs. cost vs. guest experience. The digest leans toward whichever you've weighted highest.
Gotchas & tips
Insights need at least 4 weeks of data to find a baseline. New accounts will see “not enough data yet” for the first month.
Suggestions are advisory. Don't auto-accept blindly — the AI doesn't know your supplier just raised prices for one week of disruption.
