Promo Codes
Time-bound, item-specific, segment-locked promo codes. Use them for launches, seasonal pushes, partner campaigns, or first-visit nudges. Codes apply on QR Pay & Order and on online bookings; you can lock them to a CRM segment.

How to use it

Create a code
+ New code. Pick a memorable string (WELCOME15, EID2026, TRUFFLE25), a discount (% or fixed), a usage cap (per-diner / total), and an active window (start/end dates and weekdays). - 2
Lock to a segment (optional)
If you only want VIPs to use this code, set Segment → VIPs. The system rejects redemption attempts from non-VIPs with a polite “not eligible” message. - 3
Surface the code
Codes can be shared anywhere — Instagram caption, email, partner website. The code redeems at QR cart or booking. The Active list on this page shows live performance per code. - 4
Read the cohort report
Each code shows new vs. returning diners, basket lift, and net revenue after discount. If a code attracts new diners but lifts basket size below the discount, it's losing money — kill it or tune.
Gotchas & tips
Stacking is off by default. Two codes don't combine, and codes don't combine with happy hour pricing. Toggle Allow stacking per code if you really want it.
Item-specific promos (“25 AED off Truffle Pasta”) only apply to the line, not the whole order. Diners sometimes complain — keep the rule clear in the offer copy.
