Earn-and-burn points engine with tiers and in-store QR redemption. Diners earn on every QR Pay & Order checkout, redeem at the basket, and auto-promote into VIP tiers based on lifetime spend or visit count.

How to use it

Set the earn rate
Default is 1 point per AED 1 spent (configurable). Bonus multipliers per category — drinks 2x, off-peak 3x. Keep it simple at first; complex matrices confuse members. - 2
Define tiers
Silver / Gold / Platinum or whatever fits your brand. Set entry thresholds (cumulative points or visits) and per-tier perks (priority booking, free dessert on birthday, comp drink at 5th visit). - 3
Surface in QR Pay & Order
At the QR cart, members see their points balance and can apply a redemption (e.g. 500 pts = AED 25 off). Earnings auto-credit when the order completes — no separate stamp card. - 4
Re-engage at-risk members
The Loyalty page shows members who haven't visited in 60+ days. Send them a targeted promo from here in two taps — typical winback rate is 18–24%.
Gotchas & tips
Don't over-issue. If 1 point = AED 1 spent and 100 points = AED 5 off, you're running an effective 5% discount on every loyalty transaction. Build it into menu pricing, not on top.
Tier downgrades happen at year-end (configurable). Communicate clearly or members feel cheated when they drop a tier.
