How to use it

Pick denominations + designs
Settings → Gift Cards. Default denominations (AED 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000), with the option to allow custom amounts. Pick or upload a card design — the same image renders on the digital card and on email receipts. - 2
Sell on the public page
Page Builder → Add section → Gift Cards. The widget lets visitors pick a denomination, recipient email, send date, and personal message. Stripe handles the payment; the recipient gets an email with the card on the schedule chosen. - 3
Redeem at the table
Diner enters the gift card code in QR Pay & Order checkout (or staff enters it in the POS). Balance applies; remaining balance stays on the card for future use. - 4
Bulk-issue for B2B
For corporate gifts, upload a CSV of recipient emails + amounts. The system generates and emails individual cards, with a single invoice to your finance contact.
Gotchas & tips
Gift card revenue is a liability until redeemed (you owe the bearer goods/services). The Wallet shows liability + cash position separately so you don't spend redeemable cash.
Set a sensible expiry (most jurisdictions cap at 5 years). Communicate it on the email so recipients aren't surprised.
