Franchise
Multi-brand oversight for groups running 5+ outlets across more than one concept. Roll-up reporting (sales, labour, food cost), brand-level menu templates, and a corporate-wide guest profile so VIPs are recognized at any outlet.

How to use it
- 1
Define brands and outlets
Each brand is a logo + colour + menu template. Each outlet belongs to exactly one brand and inherits its menu by default — overrides allowed per outlet (e.g. local-only specials). - 2
Push a menu update across outlets
Edit the brand-level menu template, then Push to outlets. The system flags conflicts where outlets have local overrides; resolve per-outlet (keep local / accept brand) before completing. - 3
Read the consolidated dashboard
Group HQ shows sales by outlet + brand, normalized for store size. League-table view ranks outlets so you see who's outperforming the brand average and who's lagging. - 4
Cross-outlet guest recognition
A guest who's a VIP at the Marina outlet sees the same VIP perks at the Doha outlet. Loyalty points are pooled at the brand level (or per-outlet, depending on your config).
Gotchas & tips
Franchise is Enterprise-only. Multi-outlet under a single brand is covered by Pro's 3 restaurants × 5 branches each — Franchise unlocks multi-brand oversight.
Brand-level menu pushes are destructive for any outlet that hasn't opted out — review the conflict list carefully or you'll surprise an outlet manager.
