Delivery
The Delivery page handles every off-premise order — your own drivers, an aggregator like Talabat or Deliveroo, or a hybrid. You see the live map, each driver's queue, and a ledger of what's out vs. delivered.

How to use it
- 1
Onboard your drivers
Add each driver under Settings → Team Access with the Driver role. They get a phone-friendly login and start appearing in the dispatch dropdown here. Self-employed gig drivers count too. - 2
Dispatch an order
When a delivery order arrives, drag it onto a driver card on the right or tap + Assign driver on the order. The driver gets a push with the route; their pin starts moving on the map. - 3
Or hand off to an aggregator
Wire up a Talabat / Deliveroo / Careem integration under Settings → Integrations. Their orders land in the same Delivery page (badged with the aggregator's logo) and dispatching is fully automatic — you only need to accept / reject and mark ready. - 4
Tune the ETA promise
The diner-facing ETA ismax prep time + driver eta. If you're chronically over, bump prep times in Menu Settings or split busy zones across more drivers. Live ETA accuracy is on the Analytics dashboard.
Gotchas & tips
Driver app needs location permission. If a driver's pin is stuck, ask them to background-refresh the app — we don't persist their last-known location for privacy reasons.
Delivery is included from Starter. On Free, you'll see the page but dispatch is locked — pickup-only works on Free.
